The single-layer PE anticorrosive steel pipe adopts the spray coating process (also known as curtain method) to rotate the steel pipe heated by medium frequency. The top layer of the steel pipe is a container containing polyethylene powder, which is sprayed on the outer wall surface of the steel pipe to form a polyethylene coating. 1. Composition
The product is prepared from epoxy resin, coal tar pitch, antirust pigment, additives and modified amine. The product has the advantages of rapid drying, good adhesion, good flexibility, two-component packaging and convenient construction. 2. Characteristics and application
The paint combines the characteristics of high mechanical strength, large adhesive force, chemical medium corrosion resistance of epoxy resin and water resistance, microbial resistance and plant root resistance of asphalt. It is a high-performance anti-corrosion insulation coating. The product has good chemical resistance and water resistance.

It is applicable to the anti-corrosion of oil, gas and water pipelines, tap water, gas, pipelines, oil refineries, chemical plants and sewage treatment plants. It can also be used as the anti-corrosion of offshore oil drilling platforms and underwater parts of ships, as well as the anti-corrosion of mines and underground equipment.

High density polyethylene jacket anti-corrosion structure: the steel pipe is wrapped with high-density polyethylene material, which has high mechanical strength and excellent corrosion resistance, and can protect the steel pipe from damage caused by external factors during transportation, installation and use. Antioxidant, ultraviolet stabilizer, carbon black, etc. shall be added in the manufacture of outer sleeve. The polyethylene outer sleeve is easy to age. If it is stored in the open air, it should be covered with tarpaulin and other materials. The stacking place should be far away from high heat source and fire source. After the anti-corrosion steel pipe is made, it is prohibited to be exposed to the sun and quenched, otherwise the polyethylene outer sleeve is easy to crack and affect the product performance and service life.

Epoxy powder has been coated by electrostatic spraying process. Due to the adhesion problem of epoxy powder impregnation process, the impregnation of epoxy powder has not been popularized. At present, with the successful development of special phosphating solution for epoxy powder impregnation of Sanye, the adhesion problem of epoxy powder impregnation process has been overcome for the first time, and the emerging process of epoxy powder impregnation has begun to appear.
