A53 seamless steel pipe is a material of American standard steel pipe, in which a53-a is equivalent to domestic 10# steel, a53-b is equivalent to domestic 20# steel, and a53-f is equivalent to domestic Q235 material. The main production processes of A53 seamless steel pipe are cold drawing and hot rolling. The main difference between the two is that the production process of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe is generally more complex than that of hot rolling. In appearance, the cold-rolled seamless steel pipe is shorter than that of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe. The wall thickness of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe is generally smaller than that of hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, but the surface looks brighter. The surface of hot rolled steel pipe is rough. The main production process is round tube blank → heating → perforation → three roll cross rolling, continuous rolling or extrusion → pipe stripping → sizing (or reducing) → cooling → straightening → hydrostatic test (or flaw detection) → marking → warehousing. Calculation formula of weight per meter of A53 seamless steel pipe: 0.02466 * wall thickness * (outer diameter - wall thickness).

(3) In addition to ensuring chemical composition and mechanical properties, 1Cr18Ni9 and 1cr18ni11nb boiler tubes commonly used in rusty heat-resistant steel shall be subject to hydrostatic test, flaring and flattening test one by one. Steel pipes shall be delivered in heat treated condition.
